Synopsis:
The
manga is about Rikuo Nura, a kid that is 3/4 human and 1/4 youkai. He lives in
a house full of spirits alongside his grandfather who is the leader of the
youkai. Rikuo is destined to take over his grandfather leadership but his human
side has no interest. Rikuo is just a normal kid who has no interest to become
the leader of youkai.
My
Thought:
Nurarihyon no mago, is one of my favorite
manga, I like it because a lot of adventures and mystery as well as little
romance.
The story is about Rikuo the grandson of
Yokai leader Nurarihyon, when Rikuo was a child he saw his father Rihyon get
killed in front of his eyes but he didn’t remember it till later on.
As a child Rikuo respected his grandfather
a lot and he wanted to be like him, he always thought that being a Yokai is so
cool … that until he start hearing that yokai are bad and they should stay away
from them although people in this century can’t really see yokai … that way he
decided to live his life as a human since his mother and grandmother are both
human he is ¾ human and ¼ yokai … which he can only transfer to his yokai form
at night … but his grandfather want him to be the third leader to his yokai
clan.
Little by little Rikuo will start learn
more and more about being a yokai and will have to prove himself to his clan
member so they except him as their leader and then when he will find his father
killer.
Overall, the story is so fun, I like it so
much and can’t wait to put my hand on the next Vol. there are also anime for
this manga … two series each have 25 episode on it … if you would like to watch
:)
